But it is always a torture to talk to them on the phone, i don't speak arabic, they don't speak English. I always get the same food from them, and yesterday I did the same. After a 20 minutes phone call, finally they understood me. Then an hour later they delivered the food. I opened the mixed grill plate and i was shocked. It was completely empty. 2 pieces of chicken and one lamb kofta. That's it. I ordered this dish millions off times, so i know what should be on it. I called the restaurant back to complain and get an other plate free of charge. Well I talked to 6 different gentelmen and none of them knew what I was talking about. I kept telling them that I was diappointed with the food they delivered and they kept asking me what I wanted to order.... After 30 minutes we finally agreed that they will send me an other mixed grill within 30 minutes and free of charge. Well this never happened. They were fast and delivered on time. The order was Foul & Humus. Both dishes were tasty however we found the portions smaller than we expected but it's fine. Presentation was poor but with this value we can not complain.
