Sajj taouk is basically a chicken sandwich and not exactly a shawarma. But wrapped by an Arabic bread are a seemingly specially marinated and grilled chicken (in bits), fries, few pieces of olives and vegetables. I don’t think I’ve tasted something like this in the Philippines. Beautiful.
