All the food spicy, chicken lollipops drenched in masala, cant taste the chicken.. fish biriyani - pot of lies we were served some cousin of kingfish instead of king!!! which was promised at time of order... chicken biriyani -dried old rice with very spicy chicken and save the best for the last - fish amritsari was another cousin of kingfish soaked in masala and chillis and leaves covering it ... couldnt see or taste any fish!!! And then for the icing on the cake - their mango lassi was a blend of MANGO ICECREAM AND YOGHURT!!! watta disappointment!!!! the bespectacled dude aka restaurant manager was in no mood for hearing complaints and humiliated us in front of other guests, brot in a slice of frozen waxed kingfish to prove his point... He also said and I quote "Is this the first time you are eating at Arab Udupi - I said Ive been to your Hamdan branch but as you are closed there, I called to enquire the location of this branch and came here with my family" As we were walking out disgusted, another couple were expressing their disappointment at the same dude who claimed to be restaurnt manager!!! he was least bothered abt the guests, service or customer satisfaction!!! Cmon Arab Udupi - tk this seriously - you need to refine and polish your staff and managers - send them on some customer treatment courses, food and safety courses, hygiene courses, etiquette and manner courses and whatever courses available. Not just disgusted, more humiliated after this visit. Your restaurant looks posh and refined, your food and service far from acceptable !!! Lots of competition in the market - buckle up if you need to survive!!!
