I have gone to Chili's a few times over the past months -- before and after the health code issue. Food is good, familiar as compared with American Chili's.
Service is not very good -- quite slow and at times it seems the waitstaff stops paying attention. It's never busy during lunchtime.
This should not be listed in the 'Mexican' food category -- Chili's food has little in common with Mexican cuisine.

Food varies in Chili's depending on what you order. I have had very good meals and some not so good meals there. The shrimp and chicken in the lime tequila marinade are very good.
